Wishes 4 Kids had the great pleasure of meeting this amazing young man recently and granting his wish for a new gaming laptop. With the help of our incredible supporters we were able to buy him a brand new Alienware 16 Aurora Gaming Laptop and a Mosiso 360 protective case. The young man was so happy and grateful, as was his lovely mother who could not thank us enough❤️
This week we met this amazing young man and were able to grant his wish for a new Xbox. We bought him a brand new Xbox Series X and treated him to some gift cards for both Xbox and Roblox so he could buy his favourite games. We then surprised him with an extra ‘Ice Breaker’ controller and a brand-new monitor. He was so happy and completely lost for words and it was lovely to see how much everything meant to him. Thank you to all of our incredible supporters who help us to create magical moments like this❤️

Harley has been obsessed with Back to the Future for years especially the musical, yesterday we was taken for a day out in London first class on a brand new train, done lots of sight seeing, lunch in Pizza Hut, going to see Back to the Future musical then dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe,The biggest surprise of all was Harley getting to go back stage to meet Marty & Doc![]()
They were so good with Harley even gave him a prop from the show which they signed. The staff at the Adelphi Theatre also went out their way to make his day extra special, they gave him a goody bag full of back to the future gifts, and kept coming over asking if he was having a good time. At the end they were standing with us tell Harley they were waiting for everyone to leave before we could leave as it’s very busy, but really they were waiting to take us back stage.
TANDEM PARACHUTE JUMP - SUNDAY 7TH JUNE 2026 ![]()

Last Saturday the Bulls Head Cosby Darts Team organised a 12 hour Charity Darts Marathon for Wishes 4 Kids. Players from the men's and women's team took part, along with some of the locals and supporters of our Charity. A special mention must go to Cody who is only 9 years old and joined in for over 8 hours, showing the 'pros' how it is done. The event was a huge success with lots of laughs throughout the day. We would like to thank everyone who played, everyone who took part in our tombola and to Paul and Gaynor from the Bulls Head Cosby for such a lovely donation, helping the event raise an incredible £800.
We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came to our Charity Race Night last Friday. A very special thank you must go to Paula McAllister and Michael Davison for organising the event and for all of their hard work, to Gary Reeves for all of his help getting over £1500 worth of prizes for our auction race, to everyone who sponsored a race, to our amazing volunteers who were in charge of the betting stations and to the Leicester Lions for their wonderful hospitality once again. It was a brilliant night enjoyed by all and the profit from the event was an incredible £3604.61. Your kindness and support has enabled us to grant the wishes of 3 very special local children. Last weekend we granted this lovely little girl's wish by sending her and her family for an overnight stay at West Midlands Safari Park. We arranged for her to stay in a 2-storey white lion safari lodge where from the back of the lodge she was able to watch the white lions and from the front she was able to watch the hippos. The family received VIP treatment during their stay which included full access to everywhere in the park, all of the different shows and the Safari drive-through on both days. They all had an amazing time together, creating special memories that they will never forget❤️
Wishes 4 Kids have a Charity Curry Night booked for Monday 23rd March. This will be at the Cuisine of India in Wigston, starting from 7pm. It is £20 per person (under 10's are half price) which gives you an all you can eat 3-course buffet. There will also be a raffle full of excellent prizes and we will play a few games.![]()

It was a fantastic event which was enjoyed by everyone who attended. Last week Wishes 4 Kids had the great pleasure of granting a wish for a very special little girl. Her wish list was to either watch a show in London, to have an overnight stay in London or for a shopping spree in Primark in London🥰![]()
With your help we took the little girl and her family to watch the Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre. We booked hospitality treatment in the Ambassador Lounge which made the experience even more special for them all and after the show we arranged for a meet and greet with some of the cast, that the family had no idea about. To see how happy the little girl was in that moment was just incredible. We then checked into our apartments before a lovely meal together at Hard Rock Cafe. With very full tummies we then visited the Lego shop and M&M World.![]()
The next morning, we had a lovely breakfast together before heading to Primark where we treated the little girl to lots of nice things.![]()
It was wonderful to spend 2 days with such a lovely family and be able to give them lots of very special memories that they will cherish forever. Thank you so much to everyone who supports us, enabling us to make children's wishes come true❤️

Last Saturday we had our annual Christmas Pantomime at the Little Theatre and it was brilliant. Every seat was filled by our amazing wish families and it was lovely to see everyone laughing and having lots of fun during their incredible production of Dick Whittington. We would like to thank Santa who gave us a very special visit before the show, Paul McKenna for his amazing photos and our wonderful volunteers who all work so hard to make days like this so special for the children. A big thank you must go to everyone at the Little Theatre for all of their help, support and hospitality. Last but certainly not least, we would like to thank the real stars of the show who are our wish children. You are all fantastic and we love it every time we organise these events and get to see you all.![]()

After over 20 wonderful years based at Regent Road in Leicester, we are delighted to announce that from the 5th of January 2026 Wishes 4 Kids will have a brand-new home. We are relocating to the Leicester Lions RFC in Blaby.![]()
We are all extremely excited about this move as our new facilities offer so much more for our children, families, fundraisers and our fantastic team. The entire site is on one level and is fully accessible for all of our families, including disabled toilets and free parking spaces for over 80 vehicles. We have a lovely office space to work in plus full access to a brand-new meeting room where we can proudly invite our wish families and supporters. We also have access to a wonderful function room where we will be hosting many more parties and special days for our wish children and their families to enjoy.![]()

EXCITING NEWS - PART 1![]()
This year's Repair Shop Christmas Special will broadcast on Boxing Day at 7:30pm. We can now finally announce that a few months ago our Charity was very kindly asked to bring along 6 very special 'wish' children to help with the recording of their Christmas Special. We were invited by our very close friends at Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service who bought Rudolph to the Repair Shop barn to be restored by their experts. It was a wonderful, magical day that we will never forget and we cannot wait to watch the programme.![]()
