Last weekend we had the pleasure of granting this amazing little boy's wish to go to Legoland. His family had only asked for a day trip and so were shocked when we sent them for a 3 day, 2 night stay to the Legoland Resort Hotel in Windsor. They stayed in a Premium Pirate themed room and enjoyed everything that the park had to offer. The little boy said it was the best holiday ever and wants to live there!! He has suffered a great deal over the last 12 months and his wish gave them all 'joy and light in what has been a dark and bleak tunnel.'The family had the most amazing weekend and will cherish the memories that they made together❤️

Thank you to the staff at Kilworth Springs for looking after us all and for the wonderful food before and after the golf. Thank you to Trudie Seers for her help with everything including lots of amazing raffle prizes and to all of our volunteers for their hard work throughout the day, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. This little boy loves Leicester City and his wish was to be a Leicester City mascot. Last Saturday his wish came true and he was the matchday mascot for Leicester City vs Aston Villa. He met all of the players before the game who very kindly signed his football and had photos with him and then he enjoyed a kick about with Filbert Fox on the pitch while the players were warming up. The best part was yet to come when he lead the team out in front of over 32,000 fans, walking alongside side his favourite player.....Jamie Vardy. After his mascot duties were over he was able to sit with his family and watch the match which, despite the result, he loved. We would like to thank everyone at Leicester City FC for helping us to grant the little boy's wish, creating special memories that he will never forget.
Last week we granted a very special wish for a very special little girl. Her wish was to watch Frozen the Musical as she loves everything about Frozen, especially Elsa and Anna. We took her and her lovely family for an overnight stay in London where, after a trip to Covent Garden and watching the incredible street performers, we headed to the Theatre Royal Drury Lane. We sat together and enjoyed the magnificent performance of Frozen and straight after the show the real magic happened.....we had arranged a private meet and greet with Elsa and Anna and the family had no idea!!!! The little girl could not believe what was happening and it was wonderful to see how happy and excited she was. After all of the excitement of the show, we enjoyed a meal together at the Hard Rock Cafe in Piccadilly Circus before settling in to the Strand Palace Hotel. The next morning we visited the Disney Store and M&M World before heading home. The family had 'an amazing and memorable experience that will stay with them forever.'We would like to say a huge thank you to Disney for helping us to arrange the meet and greet and to Elsa and Anna who were amazing. Words cannot describe how much your kindness meant to us all and we cannot thank you all enough for making the little girl's dream come true❤️

Last weekend we had the joy of sending this wonderful little boy and his incredible family to Disneyland Paris. Both boys were so excited when we picked them up and drove them to Luton airport. The family were looked after all morning and on arrival in Paris were driven to the Newport Bay Hotel where their voluntEARS were waiting for them. The little boy received a welcome pack which included a very special lanyard which meant that he was treated like a VIP the entire time he was there. They were all taken to the front of every single queue which included all of the rides, the attractions and to meet the Disney characters. The little boy's favourite Disney character was Spiderman and we had arranged for him to have a very special one-on-one meeting with Spiderman in the Walt Disney Studios which he loved the most. On their second day the family enjoyed a character breakfast with Tigger, Eeyore, Pinocchio and many others. After 3 magical, memorable days we collected the family from Luton airport and smiled all the way home when listening to how happy they all were and how much their experience meant to them.

On Wednesday Wishes 4 Kids invited 100 wish children, along with their families, to attend our spectacular Race Day at Everyman Racing at Prestwold Driving Centre. Each child enjoyed being driven around the race track at very high speeds in their very best supercars which included an Ariel Atom, Nissan GTR, Aston Martin DB9, Ferrari 430, Lamborghini and Porsche 911. The children were fearless and kept giving the drivers the thumbs up which told them to go faster and faster!!!! Each ride was recorded and every child was given a free memory stick to keep so that they can watch back each of their fast rides. We were also joined by the Mood Bears and all of the children were given a special goody bag with their very own Mood Bear. We cannot thank the staff at Everyman Racing enough for all of their hard work, hospitality and care shown to each and every child. The whole team were amazing, including all of the drivers who could not do enough for our children. The reaction on every single child’s face shows how much the day meant to them. We would also like to say a very big thank you to Paul McKenna for the incredible photos and to our volunteers for all of their help on the day. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their experience and we hope it is something that our families will remember forever❤️

Wishes 4 Kids recently granted this wonderful little boy's wish who's dream was to go to Disneyland Paris. We picked him and his family up from their home at 2am and drove them to Luton airport where they were looked after by the amazing chaplaincy teams at both Luton and Charles de Gaulle airport. They were met at the Newport Bay Hotel by Disney VoluntEARS who helped them with everything they needed. They were treated like VIP's everywhere they went and did not queue for anything at all. They were escorted to the very front of the queues for every single ride and all of the characters, who each spent additional time with the family. The little boy's favourite character was Goofy and we had secretly arranged for him to have a special one on one meeting with Goofy, which he loved the most. All of their meals were paid for and they had their own special VIP area to watch the parades and the fireworks show at night. The family had the most amazing time and made memories that will last forever. THANK YOU to everyone who chooses to support our Charity helping us to make children's dreams come true❤️
This week we met this wonderful little boy. He had recently applied for a wish and thought we were coming to see him just for an initial chat. What he did not know was that we had already bought his wish for a new Gaming PC, monitor, keyboard and mouse and had it hidden in our car. When we finally showed him what we had bought for him he could not believe his eyes and he was so happy. His mum later told us that he described it as 'the best gift ever'. Another very busy week for the Wishes 4 Kids Charity, with many more children's wishes granted. Thank you to everyone for your incredible support❤️

Wishes 4 Kids had the great pleasure of recently granting a very memorable wish for an incredible young man. His hero is Danny Dyer and he loves everything about him. We arranged for him and his family to meet Danny Dyer down in Essex. He thought that he was attending a wish for his younger brother and had no idea that actually he was about to meet his hero. When Danny Dyer walked into the room the young man could not believe what was happening and the expression on his face was priceless. Danny was absolutely brilliant and spent an hour with us all, talking about his life and career and answering all of the questions that the young man asked him. Danny was also happy to have photos with everyone and also signed the young man's arm which he will get tattooed. The wish could not have gone any better and we would like to say a massive thank you to Danny Dyer and his publicity team for helping us to make the young man's dream come true. This is something that he will never ever forget and was truly ''the best day of his life.''❤️
