To qualify for a wish a child must be:-
- 18 years and below
- Resident in the Leicestershire (UK) area
- Life limited, terminally ill, have experienced life-changing physical or emotional traumas, have suffered major abuse.
Each child is asked to make three wishes. If accepted it is then our challenge to grant one of the three.
All applications will be viewed by the Trustees of the Charity to ensure that they meet the required criteria and that one of the three wishes is achievable (based on the financial standing of the Charity at that time and the acceptance of other bodies/individuals). The majority of the Trustees must be in agreement to the wish proceeding. The Trustees decision on acceptance/rejection of granting a wish is final. Parents/Guardians/Carers will be informed of the decision of the Trustees within fourteen days of their last meeting.
NB: In certain instances it may be necessary for the parent/guardian/carer to provide insurance for themselves and the child whilst on a wish.

Unfortunately we cannot grant wishes for swimming with dolphins, family holidays, room/garden makeover’s, wheelchairs, beds, trips to Disneyland Florida or any other long haul destination.
