On Monday we granted the wish of an incredible young lady who wanted to visit The Making of Harry Potter - Master of Dark Arts at the Warner Bros Studios. We started off with a guided tour through the magnificent Great Hall in Hogwarts Castle, surrounded by hundreds of floating pumpkins. We were then entertained by the Death Eaters before entering the Forbidden Forest. Next stop was Platform 9 3/4 where we saw the Hogwarts Express and enjoyed our own virtual train journey. After all of that excitement we needed lunch and a Butterbeer, which is a must try for any aspiring witch or wizard. We walked through Harry Potter's house at 4 Privet Drive before heading towards what we were looking forward to most of all - Gringotts Bank, which was amazing. We walked through Diagon Alley and finished in the gift shop. Our young lady had the most amazing time and it was a pleasure to be able to spend the day with her and see how happy she was despite everything she has gone through. We would like to thank everyone who supports our Charity, enabling us to make wishes such as this come true. Wishes 4 Kids would like to tell you about a very special member of our 'wish' family, Tegan Sharp. Tegan is a 12 year little girl who was born with a condition called Charge Syndrome which affects many areas of her body. Tegan was born with a heart defect and also had a tracheostomy and although life has been very challenging for Tegan nothing was ever going to stop her, as she is a fighter. Tegan will always get there and get on with things in her own special way.....TEGAN'S WAY. In 2014 Wishes 4 Kids had the pleasure of granting Tegan's wish by taking her and her lovely family to Disneyland in Paris where they all had a wonderful time. Tegan never asks for much and wants for even less. Last year Tegan decided that she wanted to raise money for Wishes 4 Kids so that other children could have their wishes granted as she did. Tegan decided to grow her hair more than usual, to be able to donate over 12" of her long locks to The Princess Trust, whilst raising money for our Charity. Tegan had her hair cut last week and has already sent this off to benefit other children. Tegan has also set up a justgiving page and has already managed to raise an unbelievable £880. Words cannot describe how incredibly proud we are of Tegan for, despite everything she has gone through, always thinking of others first. From everyone in your Wishes 4 Kids family THANK YOU TEGAN - YOU TRULY ARE AMAZING. If you have been inspired by Tegan's story and would like to sponsor her then please visit www.justgiving.com/Michelle-Sharp9 ... See MoreSee Less
